My Cam!trope fic, written to the prompt: Quantum Mirror
The idea behind these ![[info - community]](http://s.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png) cm_tropefic offerings is that it's a dirty shame that just because Cam came along late in the game he didn't get his fair share of Amnesia, Clone, AMTDI, Stranded, etcetera fics.
Or Alternate Universes. Like the one that Cam and Daniel flee to in order to escape from Ori troops.

Below the cut, Jack/Daniel, rated R, ~600 words.
Above the cut, my attempt to explain how this came about: a few nights back, I was watching TV and I thought I heard the word 'crotch'. I didn't, there was no context for it, I just thought I heard it. My subconscious perked right up.
A while later, I found myself thinking of Jack and Daniel and an alien with an interesting bulge. My subconscious wasn't done yet. Soon the alien was wearing tights.
"Men In Tights," I thought. Oh, no, ![[info - personal]](http://s.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png) tejas already used that. So, "Planet of the Men in Tights".
And then I realized (and tejas</user> will, too) why my subconscious led me where it did. This will make no sense to anyone else.
I was eating pizza rolls. :-)

| A Birthday Fic for Deeds! Rated R |

Because discodiva76 always, always, always is there to give great, enthusiastic feedback to Jack/Daniel writers,jdjunkie suggested that we give her a little something. So jd and I put our heads together (ow) and came up with... a WIP!
Well, okay, it wasn't intended to be a WIP but RL got in the way. So we present Deeds (and the rest of the wonderful J/D community) with a totally unintentional cliffhanger, to be resolved ever so soon, we promise, cross our hearts, really, we have more done than this, just another day or two, honest. :-)

I've just made an entry, a 150 word fic start, at ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) paian 's sg1_fic_trees , here, which anyone is welcome to continue!
It has all the earmarks of Aliens Made Them Do It, but it could certainly go in any direction whatsoever. And, in fact, multiple directions, which is the beauty of the fic tree format. Explanations of how the format works are contained in the community profile.
Here's what I posted:
When they brought Daniel into the room his face was pale, and his eyes, when they met Jack’s, were anxious. Which… seemed wrong. His face should be red, with either anger or embarrassment due to his nudity, and his eyes… yeah, gonna go with angry as a default there. Of course the erection he was sporting could explain a lot. Because, (a) he was sporting it, in front of Jack and the rest of his team and a few dozen assorted aliens who meant them no good, and (b) anything that big presumably required a whole lot of blood to drain in a southerly direction. Jack liked those ideas better than the other one that forced itself into his mind: they’d given Daniel something to produce that erection and it was affecting him badly. Pallor and anxiety could mean that he was about to crash and he sensed it.

| 'We Have Met the Enemy', SGA, John/Rodney |

My first fic of the year that isn't comment!fic. YAY! And so I thank theemdash for her weekend Word Wars that helped me get this from 500 words up to 3000. The rest was polishing and tweaking and finding an ending.
Thank you to djaddict for beta duties!
So, this is a 3400+ word tag following the series finale, Enemy at the Gate - and it's also a fixit for those of us who somehow didn't buy the McKeller.
