A Strange Bewilderment, O'Neill/Kawalsky by jdjunkie. Gorgeous. It will make you a believer.
Abicierum (Part 1), SG-1/SGA crossover by thekatcameback and doublehelix20. Wonderfully sweet and terribly funny. Jack/Daniel and McKay/Sheppard. M-preg. (psst! It's Rodney!)
Part 2
Part 3 of 3
Remember when I mentioned my prompt at sg1_five_things, Five Things Absolute!Power Daniel does to relax? Well, there were three responses:
one by theeverdream. I'm liking her stuff a lot - encourage her to write more!
another by delphia2000. Thank you again, delph! (I'd encourage you to write more too, but I just realized I still have your last offering bookmarked, lol. ASAP)
and a late entry by msbeata, who is entirely too kind (and entirely kinky about George/Walter - but not this time around.)
Okay, go read now! *shoos you all away*

| Two Stargate SG-1 Recs |

Yes, recs from me - strange, I know. And these are two very different balls of wax.
First, the brand-new and infinitely delightful 'Quid Ex Quo' from paian for the gateverse_remix . It's a remix of my 'Quid Pro Quo', which is linked at the top of her story, and she just twisted it up into something terrific and hot! NC-17.
The second rec is for a 3-part story by kuonji that I don't think got a lot of attention. Not nearly as much as I think it deserves, anyway. And I can understand why, because it's quite uncomfortable to read. I imagine that a lot of folks never made it through Part One. Daniel is kidnapped and raped and it's all very dark. Very. I left no feedback for Part One, because I didn't know what the hell to say.
But I bit the bullet and read Part Two, and there was an 'oh!' moment at the end that left me eager for Part Three. And that not only lived up to, but surpassed my expectations. Very well written and well constructed. No fairy tale happy ending - just a ray of hope.
